I write essays on self-love, conditioning, and the ability to speak truth to power.
I write about the invisible roles were asked to play, the emotional labour we absorb without noticing, and the cost of being "the strong one."
My work explores self-love beyond slogans, looking instead at conditioning, power, accountability and what happens when we stop performing wellness and start telling the truth

BeaWellbeing is the home of my writing, thinking and reflective work.
It was born from lived experience, pattern recognition, and a refusal to accept surface-level narratives about self-love, strength, and resilience.
Here, I explore what sits beneath the roles we perform, and what becomes possible when we stop living on autopilot.
My essays aren't designed to be consumed quickly or skimmed for answers.
They're invitations to pause, notice patterns, and reflect honestly.
Some pieces may feel confronting or unsettling.
That's intentional. Growth often begins where certainty ends.
There's no right order and no pressure to agree.
Read what resonates, leave what doesn't, and come back when something stirs.
